What Parents Say About LEO School: A Parent’s Review

Every school says it supports its families. What matters is what the families themselves say. In this article we share a review from a LEO School parent, and look at what stands behind it: a team that is always on hand, a full British education from age 5 to 18, and a school that feels like one community.
This review reflects the personal experience of one parent, shared in their own words.
A Parent's Review of LEO School
“My review will be short, but with the highest possible praise for the school, the headteacher, the teachers and all the staff at LEO!”“In our case, we have not come across a single difficulty or question that was not resolved, or where we could not get support.”“I hope the opportunities my daughter has thanks to your work will be used to the full, by her and by us.”“All in all, everything seems wonderful! Thank you all so much! Success and prosperity to LEO!”
Support That Is Always on Hand
The most repeated theme in the review is support. The parent writes that their family has not met a difficulty or question that was not resolved, and that the Support team is always available and ready to help with any question.
For families studying from another country or time zone, that kind of reliable contact matters. At LEO School, parents can reach the Support team with their questions, and students and parents can also book a session with our qualified school counsellor.
A Full British Curriculum From Age 5 to 18
LEO School offers UK National Curriculum subjects to students worldwide, together with Cambridge Board exam qualifications, which are recognised internationally.
Unlike many schools, we take students from Key Stage 1 (5 years old) to Key Stage 5 (18/19 years old), which means students can study with us for their whole education. All of our teachers are fully qualified and highly experienced.
Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2: primary education
Key Stage 3: lower secondary
Cambridge IGCSE: Years 10–11
A Level: Years 12–13
More Than Lessons: A Real School Experience
The parent hopes the opportunities their daughter has at LEO School will be used to the full. Unlike many online schools, we offer a full school experience. Since LEO School started, we have kept developing what we offer, and students can now benefit from:
Extra-curricular accredited courses outside of the standard school day
Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education to support well-being and the transition to adulthood
Individual mentors for students who wish to apply to university
An annual summer cultural meet-up for students, parents and their families
Individualised courses to suit a student's needs, with extra support where required
Age-grouped chat rooms where students socialise with their peers daily
A qualified school counsellor who can be booked by students and parents
A House System where every student can join fun, educational activities to win points and individual prizes
An inclusive, supportive environment where students work with others from around the world, a real multi-national community

One Global Community
All of this adds up to a sense of real belonging for our students and their parents. We are a global school, but we are one community, and that is what makes us special.
