Top 14 UK Universities with the most employable graduates

Famous university ranking systems like Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), Times Higher Education (THE) and Shanghai Ranking Consultancy (the Academic Ranking of World Universities; ARWU) score universities based on different metrics, including academic reputation and sustainability. However, when choosing a university, it's very important to consider whether studying there will help you land a good job in the future.

Last year Times Higher Education published a global employability ranking exclusively based on the voting process involving employers from 24 countries. This independent survey is produced and commissioned by Emerging, an HR consultancy specializing in corporate and Higher Education institutions relations. Employers participating in the survey are responsible for the recruitment of 800,000 young graduates in 2022-2023. It demonstrates which universities are considered by the recruiters at top companies to be the best at preparing students for the future career and job market.

UK Universities are among the best represented academic institutions in this ranking that includes 250 universities from all over the world:

1. University of Cambridge (4th in the ranking)

2. University of Oxford (6th in the ranking)

3. Imperial College London (16th in the ranking)
