Our Fees

Registration Fees

We require a one-off non-refundable Registration Fee of £300 per child to secure your child’s place with us. This amount covers the cost of the admissions process.

Termly and Yearly Invoice Payments

Fees are for the one year course and can be paid either termly or yearly. If paying termly you have the option to pay via instalments (3 instalments per term).

How we calculate Fees

Fees are calculated for the total choosed courses plus additional extra subjects if selected.

Sibling Discount

We offer a 15% Sibling Discount when you enrol two or more children from your family. The discount will be taken off the fees for your second child (and the third, or fourth, etc.).

Examination Fees

These fees are once-off and are paid to the examination venue through whom you choose to write your exams. You will only need to pay these fees about 5 months before your exams (which are held in either May/June or October/November each year). These costs can be confirmed through your examination venue of choice.

Should you wish to cancel

If you find that the course is not suitable for your child, and you let us know within 30 days of enrolment that you wish for a refund, we will return what you have paid, except the registration fee.

After 30 days, where you have not requested a refund within that period, all instalment fees will continue to be payable on the agreed dates.

Tuition Costs

Our tuition costs cover lessons and access to online materials during your time with us. Fees are based on year and core subjects plus additional extra subjects if selected. This does NOT include exam fees.

Below is the cost of tuition per year based on the number of courses your child will take.

We offer discounts if you pay in full rather than instalments.
